Number of photos depends on the event and the unique photo opportunities that arises at the event. In general you can expect 40-60 unique images per hour of shooting. (subject to change).

A travel charge might be applied depending on the location. Travel is free of charge within 20kms of Perth CBD. Contact for more information.

Pricing and packages

Branding/ Portrait/ Commercial/ Real Estate/ Food and Beverage/ Special Occasions photography packages are customsied according the to the individual need of the clients. Please contact us for a quote.

$200 per hour of shooting. Photo editing is included

$350. Which covers church service and photos at the church. In general christening photo session is 1 hour long. 

(Our standard event photography hourly rate applies for any receptions and after parties.)

Upon receiving the details of your request, we will provide you with a comprehensive quote. Should you accept the quote, a non-refundable retainer fee of 20% of the total project cost is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer. Please note that acceptance of the quote and payment of the retainer fee signifies your agreement to Luxwerk’s Terms and Conditions.

Private and commercial event photography packages are tailored to the client’s needs, with a minimum booking duration of one hour, charged at an hourly rate. Typically, clients can expect 40-60 photos per hour of shooting, although this may vary depending on the event and unique shooting opportunities. All photos will be delivered 7-14 days after the event.

Music and nightlife photography packages are customised according to the client’s requirements, with a minimum booking duration of one hour, charged at an hourly rate. Typically, clients can expect 40-60 photos per hour of shooting, although this may vary depending on the event and unique shooting opportunities. All photos will be delivered 3-5 days after the event.

Christening photography packages cover the entire church service, with a general time limit of two hours, although services typically take around one hour. Any receptions or after-parties will be covered similarly to private events, with an expected 40-60 photos per hour of shooting. All photos will be delivered 7-14 days after the event.

School Balls

Photography for school balls includes coverage for the duration of the event, with a minimum of 1 hour and billed at an hourly rate. Expect 40-60 photos per hour, depending on the event and shooting opportunities. All images will be delivered within 7-14 days after the event.

Pre-Ball Sessions

For pre-ball sessions, choose from three packages: 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours, depending on your needs. Delivery will be within 7-14 days.

 

  1. Ownership and Copyright
    The copyright for all images captured by the Photographer remains with the Photographer at all times, globally.

  2. Client License
    The Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images as specified in the service agreement. This license allows for the agreed-upon uses but does not convey ownership of the copyright or the physical images.

  3. Restrictions
    The Client may not alter, sell, or use the images for commercial purposes beyond those outlined in the service agreement without obtaining prior written consent from the Photographer.

  4. Promotional Use
    The Photographer retains the right to use the images for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Client.

  5. Attribution
    When images are used publicly, appropriate credit to the Photographer should be provided where applicable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify the Photographer as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer fee will be retained. If you reschedule at least one week prior to the original date, the retainer can be applied to the new date. However, if rescheduling occurs within one week of the original date, the retainer will be retained, and a new booking will be required. If the Photographer is unable to attend the event, a replacement photographer with a similar style and quality will be arranged. If the client prefers not to proceed with the replacement, a full refund, including the retainer, will be provided. For rescheduled dates, the retainer fee will be carried over without additional cost.
