All the edited photos will be delivered within 7-14 days after the event.

Number of photos depends on the event and the unique photo opportunities that arises at the event. In general you can expect 40-60 unique images per hour of shooting. (subject to change).

 

A travel charge might be applied depending on the location. Travel is free of charge within 20kms of Perth CBD. Contact for more information.

We generally recommend starting our coverage about thirty minutes after your guests are scheduled to arrive. We can also arrive earlier if you would like dedicated photos of the venue styling and cake before the room fills up.

Absolutely. While our style is largely candid, we understand that having professional photos with your parents, siblings, or best friends is a priority. We usually suggest a ten to fifteen minute window during the event to quickly gather these groups so you can get back to celebrating with your guests.

Our pricing is transparent and based on the duration of coverage rather than the time of day. Since most birthdays in Perth occur on Friday nights or weekends, we recommend booking well in advance to ensure our availability for these popular times.

Your images are delivered via a secure digital link once the editing process is complete. This allows you to easily view and download the high resolution files directly to your computer or phone. The digital format makes it simple to share the highlights of the celebration with your friends and family shortly after the event.

We understand that parties can gain a lot of momentum during the speeches or dance floor sets. If you decide on the night that you would like us to stay longer than the original booking, we are usually happy to offer overtime coverage at an hourly rate, provided we do not have another event immediately following yours.
